Get to Know Jeff Needham
As an international John Maxwell Coach, Mentor, and Trustworthy Selling Certified Graduate, I am passionate about helping insurance agencies and non-profit organizations achieve their best version. With years of experience in building teams and helping individuals reach their potential, I have become an expert in refining practices and optimizing sales performance. My journey has taught me the value of understanding the insurance you need and how to prepare for loss. I lost over $20,000 in an insurance claim before getting into the world of insurance, and that experience taught me the importance of being well-informed.
Volunteering has also played a critical role in my life. I have spent over 25 years volunteering with the Festival Foundation, where I served as Director of Parades and later, as President of the organization. Through team building and coaching, we were able to achieve great success.
My passion for helping others extends beyond larger organizations, as I also work with sole proprietors and individuals looking to level up their personal and professional lives. Together with my blended family of seven children, dogs, chickens, and horses, my wife and I enjoy exploring new adventures and challenges.
